Terms and Conditions

• Formal contract will be created with delivery terms, payments terms, delivery schedule, specifications of the requirement and packaging.
• Deals will be done in accordance with the final performa invoice created after all the negotiations
• Payment and shipment terms will be finalised and no alteration will be allowed once the deal is confirmed
• Samples will be offered for the inspection of the product.
• Exports will be done managing standard international regulations
• Quality control will be done while sampling which will be final and other quality controls will be done according to buyer’s specifications.
